Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy

Customers may not return any opened merchandise purchased from Sharpened Fitness & Nutrition unless there is a product defect or there is a medical or some other allergic reaction to the product. 

Defects include:

  • coagulation identified immediately after opening

Medical or some other allergic reaction includes:

  • unknown sensitivity to a compound in the formulation or the product
  • allergic reaction to a compound in the formulation of the product

We will not accept returns for product mishandled by the customer.

Customers may return any unopened merchandise purchased from Sharpened Fitness & Nutrition to Sharpened Fitness & Nutrition store within 30 days. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a Sharpened Loyalty member in which case the store can look up a customer’s purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item.

Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange any product when only used once or twice and a reaction has been identified. Exchanges can be made only for products of equal or lessor value. Exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of original purchase. 

Make a Return to the Sharpened Fitness & Nutrition store:

Bring your purchase and receipt to the Sharpened Fitness & Nutrition store. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a Sharpened Loyalty member in which case the store can look up a customer's purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item (s). Online orders paid for with PayPal can be returned to one of our stores. Please note that whether the item is opened or unopened the customer will be refunded via an in-store merchandise credit.

Don't Live Near Our Store? Make a Return By Mail:

For purchases shipped to your home, send your purchase and receipt to the store. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For Orders Placed with PayPal:

Online orders paid for with PayPal and returned to a Sharpened Fitness & Nutrition store will be refunded via merchandise credit for a future store purchase. If you would like for your PayPal account to be credited, return your order, to our store in person.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?

We currently do not ship but when we do we will make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, at times items may be damaged during shipment. We understand the frustration this causes and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at jautau@sharpenednutrition.com, dre@sharpenednutrition.com or call us at 1 (650) 636-4043. Give us your name, order number and the item number that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.

Can I return products I ordered through the web or over the phone to a retail store?

Yes. As we only offer pick up in store through our web order process, you can return a product purchased on our website or over the phone to a retail store for exchange or return. You must however, bring the credit or debit card you used to make the purchase to receive a credit if applicable. See the returns section for more details.
