We can build fitness training, lifestyle coaching, and nutrition plans to meet your individual needs and budget. Pricing can be calculated by session, monthly, and package basis. No Stress!

J. is the owner of Sharpened Fitness and Nutrition. J. has 20 years in health and fitness that spans both the military as a Master Fitness Instructor and men and women of all fitness levels and a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. He also has extensive instructor training in both sports and combat mixed martial arts (MMA). He specializes in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, physique and bodybuilding, and weight loss management.
