J. is the owner of Sharpened Fitness and Nutrition, bringing over 20 years of experience in health and fitness. His background includes serving as a Master Fitness Instructor in the military and working with individuals of all fitness levels as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.

J. also has extensive training in sports and combat mixed martial arts (MMA). He specializes in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, physique and bodybuilding, and weight loss management. His comprehensive expertise ensures personalized and effective fitness programs for every client.

As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Pam is passionate about empowering others to take control of their health and well-being. Her journey began with a desire to heal personal health concerns and injuries, and to grow stronger and fitter with age. Through this process, Pam discovered the profound impact that exercise and nutrition have not only on physical health but also on mental and emotional well-being.

Pam focuses on enabling clients to understand, advocate for, and love their bodies through tailored fitness programs and simple, effective nutrition guidance.
