Personal Training is provided by fully certified and experienced trainers with 20 years experience developing a system that works for all ages and fitness levels.

J. White, PhD, CPT, CNC, CES, PES, WLS, FNS
J. is the owner of Sharpened Fitness and Nutrition. J. has 20 years in health and fitness that spans both the military as a Master Fitness Instructor and men and women of all fitness levels and a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. He also has extensive instructor training in both sports and combat mixed martial arts (MMA). He specializes in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, and weight loss management.
Greg Molina, CPT
Guiding people through their fitness journeys is Greg’s passion. He has worked with clients on a variety of goals ranging from gaining muscle to improving one’s overall quality of life. Greg’s many long-standing clients are a testament to his enthusiasm and commitment to his craft. Training with Greg guarantees a customized exercise regimen and a nutrition program tailored to your personal objectives. His specialties include athletic training, muscle gain, strength training, and fat loss.
