We offer personal training and nutrition coaching in our state of the art personal training studio!!! 

 

Current Packages:

Basic - Personal training up to 3 sessions per week, includes macro only nutrition plan changed each month and weight/BF measured every 8 weeks

Plus - Personal Training up to 4 sessions per week, includes macro only nutrition plan and discount on supplements bought in store weight/BF measured each month

Premium - Personal Training up to 5 sessions per week, includes full nutrition plan with food options tailored to your individual food sensitivity weight/BF measured each week

We can build a plan to your individual needs and budget. Pricing can be calculated by session or on a monthly basis. No Stress! 

***WE WILL PROVIDE 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION PACKAGES TO INCLUDE 5 DAYS OF MEAL PREP AND 5 DAY A WEEK PERSONAL TRAINING!! COME IN FOR A CONSULTATION AND QUOTE!!***

 

Personal Training is provided by fully certified and experienced trainers with 20 years experience developing a system that works for all ages and fitness levels.

J. is the owner of Sharpened Fitness and Nutrition. With 20 years in health and fitness that spans training both the military as a Master Fitness Instructor and men and women of all fitness levels and a Certified Personal Trainer. He specializes in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, and weight loss management and is a Certified Nutrition Coach.
